A.Dear Client,
When exchanging your old bike for a new one at an authorized dealer, it's crucial to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Request the following documents from the dealership:
1.Sales Agreement or Invoice: Clearly outlining the terms of the exchange, including details of the old and new bikes, their respective values, and any additional charges.
2.Delivery Note: Confirming the transfer of possession of the old bike to the dealer and the delivery of the new one to you.
3.Exchange Voucher or Acknowledgment: Acknowledging the receipt of your old bike and specifying its condition at the time of exchange.
4.RC Transfer Form: Ensure the completion of necessary forms for the transfer of ownership of your old bike to the dealer. This is crucial to avoid any liabilities associated with the old vehicle.
Before finalizing the exchange, carefully review these documents, and if possible, consult with a legal professional to ensure your interests are protected during the process.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
Selling an old vehicle is a long and cumbersome process and stressful when you plan to buy a new vehicle in exchange for your old one under an exchange scheme. Based on the digital evaluation report the price of your car is determined and quoted. The Price as agreed upon for the old vehicle is adjusted against the price of the new vehicle. A certificate of undertaking (purchase agreement) along with receipt of the old vehicle payment is issued. Once the price is agreed upon, the old vehicle needs to be handed over to the dealer along with 2 keys and relevant documents of the vehicle. An existing customer is intimated by the dealer about the status of the sale of his old vehicle on a regular basis and apprised of the status of the old vehicle on receipt of a query from the old owner of the vehicle. you need to submit the following documents at the time of exchange of your old vehicle with a new one to the authorized dealer who is handling exchange scheme: 1. Address proof, 2. two passport-size photographs 3.Proof of identity (Passport, PAN card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc) 4. Original invoice and Valid insurance. 5. Original RC 6. Owner’s manual 7. Duly Signed Form 29 & 30 8. Bank Hypothecation closure statement and Form 35.
