A.Dear Client,
In the context of processing the registered will for property in New Delhi, you typically need several documents, including:
1.Registered Will: Ensure you have the original or a certified copy of the registered will.
2.Death Certificates:Obtain death certificates for the grandparents as per the document's requirements.
3.Succession Certificate (SMC):Acquire a Succession Certificate for both the mother and daughter. The SMC establishes the legal heirship and is often required for transferring property.
4.Proof of Relationship:Provide documents establishing the relationship between the parties mentioned in the will, such as birth certificates or any other relevant proofs.
5.Property Documents:Include documents related to the property, such as the title deed, sale deed, or any other property-related documents.
6.Identity Proof:Have valid identity proofs of the individuals involved, such as Aadhar cards, PAN cards, or passports.
7.Address Proof: Provide address proofs, which may include Aadhar cards, utility bills, or other documents verifying the current residence.
8.Affidavits: In some cases, might need sworn affidavits confirming certain facts or details related to the will or inheritance.
It's advisable to consult with a legal professional to ensure you have all the necessary documents specific to your situation and jurisdiction. Legal requirements can vary, and professional guidance can help streamline the process.
