Having affair with married man

I am having affair with married man he was promised me for marriage.having physical relations with me. he is denying to marry me. please let me know what legal action against I supposed to take

A.Knowing that the man was married, how can he marry your? You shouldn't have made physical relationship with him. If you did it con-sensually, you can't force him to marry. Even for marrying he would have to take divorce from his first wife and it would be long process. So better forget about it.

now, what do you want, to teach him a lesson or anything else, pls clarify,
if lesson, then I advise you to make a police complaint against him in the concerned police post for physically/sexually harassing you on false promise of marriage, but remember, once complaint is filed no way back.
