Refund from byjus

My daughter was on and off called by byjus people to take online GATE classes,den we deposited the requisite fee but just after attending one class she was not satisfied.We asked for refund the very next day.They are just mentally torturing us and not refunding our amount.Since october 2023 we are going thru all this.What to do now?
