will information commission will take legal action against the police official who would have provided the false result ?

I submitted police complaint to all women police station on 07.06.2018 against my wife (Police ), and the sub Inspector who has called and shouted for the police enquiry. I went to the spot and completed my police enquiry on 09.06.2018 along with my wife. The police officials were threatened me that they will file 498a against me and my family members if I am not live again with my wife and also my wife threatened that she will spoil my sister government job by giving such complaint against me. The police officials were refused to give CSR by receiving bribe from my wife.
I decided to ask the CSR and FIR status through RTI letter dated on 21.11.2018, the PIO responded on 25.12.2018 that no such complaint has been received on the said date. Then I asked the CSR and FIR status through RTI letter dated on 21.01.2019 to FAA .I received a letter dated on 05.02.2019 that police official has forwarded my RTI letter to some concern place. But I have not received yet any response from FAA as on 09.03.2019
Provided the police official has brain washed my wife and made her to give 498a complaint against me and my family members on 06.02.2019. Now the police official has informed us that the FIR will be registered against me and they will spoil our family members government job and their life.
I have sent my second appeal RTI to information commission, where as the information commission will give the solution ? how is it possible ?
and when the information commission will complete this matter?
please tell me , will information commission will take legal action against the police official who would have provided the false result ?
Please help me what can I do now…?
If FAA does not give proper relief to you then you must approach the High Court or Commissioner of the said RTI Department. In the meanwhile it is better for you and your family members to get anticipatory bail in anticipation of FIR otherwise the police may arrest you since you are giving trouble to them (as they think so).
