HI
I AM THE SECRETARY OF TRUST WHICH OWNS A FLAT IN A SOCIETY. NOW FALSE ALLEGATIONS ARE BEING MADE BY THE MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY ALONGWITH SOME MEMBERS OF THE TRUST THAT I AM CARRYING OUT IMMORAL THINGS IN THE TRUST FLAT THEREBY CHARACTER ASSASINATING ME AND SPREADING THAT THEY HAVE CCTV FOOTAGE OF THIS. I NEED TO ISSUE A LETTER TO THE SOCIETY FOR THE CCTV FOOTAGE TO PROVE MY INNOCENCE AND FILE A DEFAMATION CASE. PLS HELP ON THIS HOE TO MOVE FORWARD.

A.Steps You should follow
1. File a complain against them stating that they are defaming you without evidence
2. Send them a legal notice asking for production of CCTV footage [incase they fail to do so] then they shall be liable for proceedings against them for false allegation [i.e. Defamation]
3. Furthermore, you can file a Defamation Case against them u/s 500 IPC [after they fail to produce the CCTV footage]
4. You can also ask the court for the production of such footage u/s 91 Cr.P.C [on the basis of which they are character shaming you]

Yes, get issue a legal notice and if not CCTV footage is given then file a defamation case under Section 500 IPC and another petition under Section 91 Cr.P.C seeking production of CCTV footage.
