My grandfather died on 2018 without any will and he has 3 children ( 2 sons and 1 daughter) . One son ( second son) died on 2003 before the grandfather without married , My fahter (First Son) is died at 2017 with married ( mother , me and my sister ) and my grandfather also alive.
My grandmother released his part to his daughter (1/3) part . and remaining two part my aunt and my (mother and sister) , On my father part , my grandmother is required or not ?
And My grandfather second son which he is died also has any share , is it dividing 3 or 4 parts ?
