A.Dear Client,
If you have given money to someone with the promise of a job and they have failed to fulfill their commitment, you can take legal recourse to recover your money. Firstly, you may want to send a legal notice demanding the repayment of your money. If they still fail to comply, you can file a complaint under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for cheating. Additionally, you may consider filing a case in the consumer court for deficiency in services. It's advisable to consult with a lawyer who can guide you through the legal process and help you take appropriate action based on the specific circumstances of your case.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
It appears that you made yourself a victim of the fraud job scam. Both giving and receiving bribes for any illicit and immoral purpose is a criminal offense and both the giver and receiver of bribes are equally liable to face legal consequences, if the matter is litigated upon. Committing a criminal offense even if it is unintentional, a person cannot expect justice.
