Loan repayment calls from HDFC bank Loan repayment calls from HDFC bank

I've been getting calls from HDFC bank for over 6 years asking to repay a loan I never got. I don't even have an account in HDFC bank. They ask for a Mr. Rajasekaran(My name's not Rajasekaran) who has apparently got a personal loan for 37k or so. I keep getting calls and messages almost every single day for the past 6 years. I have informed the Call center person calling me multiple times to please remove my number from the database as I am not the person they're looking for. They still keep calling me. And now, the calls are computerized it seems. It's just a bot talking on the other side, multiple times every day. I have blocked every number they've called me but they still call me from a different number the next time. Sometimes, I'll be waiting for an important call and sometimes I would be sleeping after a tired day, and they call me and disturb me A LOT. What should I do to stop getting these calls?

A.Dear Client,
Consider sending a cease and desist letter to HDFC bank, clearly stating your situation and demanding an end to the calls. Keep a copy of the letter for your records. If the calls persist, you may want to file a complaint with your local consumer protection agency and consider seeking legal advice. Additionally, explore options like registering your number on a "Do Not Call" registry and utilizing call-blocking apps to minimize disruptions.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
It appears to me absurd to note that getting phone calls from HDFC Bank for the last 6 years, you did not feel it necessary and expedient to bring the matter to the notice of the concerned Bank in black and white to access the veracity of these phone calls made on behalf of the Bank from multiple numbers which itself sounds for suspicious and online cyber scam. So, to stop these disturbing phone calls, you need to bring the matter in detail to the notice of the concerned Bank and Cyber Crime Cell either online or offline(in writing) referring all the phone calls and phone numbers for a discreet inquiry into the matter to reveal the truth that may save you from any unwanted consequences ahead.
