A.Dear Client,

You have to make a complaint to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority of the District in which the poorly laid road is there. In turn he would write to the Member Secretary of the State Legal Services Authority who in turn would file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL)in the concerned jurisdictional High court for remedies. These addresses would be available in the concerned District Court websites.
