UMC was made against me in diploma where i was found guilty and as a punishment , all the exams of same semester was cancelled and got reappear in all the subjects. So, while filling up the attestation form to join govt job , question like " Have you ever been debarred from any
Examination or restricted by any University or
any other educational authority / institution ". Do i need to disclose my UMC case?
