Sir , I am staying in BM Pristine , Gunjur , Bangalore . I am regularly paying manitence charges on time . There are certain mandatory amenties like Fire Alarm , Club House , Parking demarcation did not construct by builder . RWA have collected 80K per flat to construct this . We are asking RWA to provide us bank statement to validate instead they are saying they will provide audit provide which is nominated by them can be managed by them . Now they are demanding additional contribution for further developments and threatening to fine penalty per day if not paid on time . I strongly believe bank statement is my right . How to deal on this
Regards ,
