In anxiety I try to commit divide on 9th oct 2023 from I’m requesting my husband to come back home . He filled for divorce . I don’t know whether I did wrong to him but I’m ready to accept everything as my fault .

A.Dear Client,

Filing a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for the Restitution of Conjugal Rights is necessary. However, if a divorce petition is submitted within the first year of marriage, it should be contested for dismissal unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as post-marriage adultery by the wife.

A.Dear Madam,
You have to file petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights. If divorce petition is filed within one year of marriage then fight for rejecting the same as it cannot be filed except under exceptional circumstances like adultery by the wife after marriage etc.
