A.Dear Sir,
You must destroy the Plaintiff’s case during the course of cross examination. The nature of suit and subject matter involved is not disclosed so it is very hard to advise you further.

A.Dear Client,

An affidavit in chief serves as the primary evidence in court proceedings and should encompass all relevant evidence. While multiple affidavits can be submitted to support a case, they must adhere to the rules outlined in the Civil Procedure Code (CPC). An affidavit is a sworn statement made under oath, subject to the penalty of perjury, and serves as credible evidence in legal proceedings.

A.Dear Client,
An affidavit in chief is the main affidavit of evidence in court proceedings. It should contain all the evidence. A party may file many affidavits in chief in support of its case but such affidavits should be in accordance with CPC order An affidavit is a type of verified statement or evidence, or in other words contains a verification, which means that it is made under oath under penalty of perjury, and this serves as evidence of its truth and is required in court proceedings.
