Query on DOB Certification - Name of the child

In the DOB Certificate, under "Name of the Child", should we mandatorily include the child's initial or only name would suffice?
A.Dear client, there is no rule to include child's initial in the birth certificate. If you want to add it later there is process to be followed inorder to change or add the name to DOB certificate.
