Voter id card address change

earlier i was live in delhi and have voter id card for delhi location now i moved to UP and sold my delhi property.
Now the Voter id card delhi have need to update to UP address which i lived permanent here..
can we do the changes online or need to Apply new voter id card for UP state.Please sugges.

You can apply it both online and offline.
In an Online Mode, first log in to the official National Voters Services Portal, thereafter you will get the option, as Form 8 for the purpose of shifting of residence. Therefore fill the same along all the necessary documents. The process is easy and convenient.
Similarly, you can also apply in an offline mode.
You need to visit your nearest electoral office. Then kindlu fill up Form 8 with all the necessary information, and finally submit the form along with proof of residence.
Once your application is processed, you will get a notification regarding your Voter ID address change.
