School fees refund

Today I paid school fees including tuition fee, stationery charges, quarterly fee amounting to Rs.10150 through UPI and 1300 transport charges in cash for nursery class. Now I got confirmation letter from another school in which I tried for my child's admission, now the first school is refusing to refund the fee.kindly suggest what to do ?

If there is no refund policy in place on cancellation of admission, and being aware of said condition if you remitted the school fees, you cannot claim its refund from the School as a matter of right even through litigation.
