Regarding OBC NCL

Respected sir/madam,
I need the obc ncl certificate. My father who was working in the railway group c passed away when I was 3. My mom got a group d job and is still working. The issue is I am not able to produce her salary certificate for the certificate process because she abandonment me at 15 years and we are not on good terms. I am now currently staying with my grandfather and i am 27 years old. What can I do in this matter? Please hwlp

As per the guidelines issued by the Deptt. of Personnel and Training, Govt of India, the income limit fixed for issuance of OBC - NCL Certificate does not apply to the children of the Central or State Govt. employees. Reach out to the office of the DM/SDM/Tehashildar for more clarification on the subject and take steps accordingly.
