Burying a dog
I live in East delhi and day before yesterday a stray dog died in the society itself and then some people burried the dog in the society's park without consulting from someone and it was just a close distance from my balcony and they didn't even asked to the society residence.
So can I issue some legal case on them?
A.Dear Client,
You can inform the society about the incident and they will be able to take the appropriate action. Further, you can inform the local authorities for proper identification and disposal of the dead body. So, it is important to bring the incident to the notice of concerned people to resolve the matter and avoid such occurrences in future.
Hope it helps.

A.Dear Client,
Even if it is a stray dog's death, local authorities must be informed. They'll come out to try and identify the animal. They'll also remove the body, and dispose of it in an appropriate way. So, in the given scenario, you may bring the matter to the notice of local authorities for necessary action.
