I ordered TMT bars from general materials incorporation on 27/03/2019 and paid full amount but they have not delivered any goods and the number which they provided is switched off so please help me out of this.

A.immediately make a police complaint against them for cheating, and
also send a legal notice through a lawyer for breach of trust, cheating

A.Issue a legal notice against the same.
If they fail to comply with the legal notice.
File a suit for compensation or specific performance.
