Sir, we are residing at my own site more than 35 years and we are having patta issued by tehsildar since 1983.And govt of AP issued position certificate of my site in 2007.some of our village people disturbing us to not to construct home at my site.Already in 2008 we got permanent injection order from court.Recently we filled kvit also.And now they are approaching MRO of our mandal and pressurized him to issue a letter to bring all relevant documents of my site.And respected MRO sent VRO to stop the work at my site.please kindly suggest a proper solution.

A.dear client in your matter You have a permanent injunction and filed a caveat it is a dispute matter, no one can demand any documents from you .

A.You have a permanent injunction and filed a caveat it is a dispute matter, no one can demand any documents from you . It they require they have to move the civil court for their grievances. You have a Complicated issue consult a Senior Property expert lawyer he will guide you and help you legally also protect your interest.
