Divorce And right of wife in divorce

Dear Sir,
I have married in year 2006, now Jan-2018 my husband had created a story that i am in relationship with other person and had beaten me and removed me out of house at night 2am,
my all, a child all jewellery and everything is with them only,now my husband don't want to stay with me and want to get married again he earn 10k now ,
I earned 15K /month for last 10year, over which my husband enjoyed his life,today i don't have any bank balance and nothing.
1.what can I claim for?
2.Is their any way to get back child my earned salary from them as a part of Alimony.

A.File a divorce case and ask for custody of the child. Alimony will be granted for the child. Moreover you can file a Case under 498A IPC(Domestic Violence).

A.File a divorce case along with a petition for child custody and maintenance. Further, on the other hand file a Domestic Violence complaint and Sec 498A, IPC case against him. Make sure all the petitions are drafted properly and your grievances have to be written accordingly.
