Mother wants to sell home without our consent

My mother is the sole owner of our residential land & home. My parents have bad relationship since my childhood. Now my mother wants to sell the residential property by either giving me a very small amount or nothing. The amount she has offered, is not at all sufficient to purchase a new land & build a home. I am 30, male, married, without children. I'm the only son of my parents, living in this property since I was a child. I know that she'll also not take any responsibility of my father. My father is almost 60 now & works as a handyman irregularly. I work in a BPO at night with very limited salary. My grandmother (mother's mother) has huge bank-balance, property & a variety shop is a very sound area in the local market. She is provoking my mother to sell the property.

Q1. Do I have any legal option to prevent the sell of this house?

Q1. Do I have any legal option to claim more money, than what she has offered?

A.If only your mother has got it transferred to her name by your grandfather ( your father`s father ) you have any right , not otherwise.

A.If the property is self bought by your mother then she has the right to do whatever she wants with the property and you have no right on that property until her death.

A.A.1 No, as it is her own and you are majour & earning.
No, you cannot claim .It is better to consult a property lawyer to advice & help you in this regard.
