I had a small property of 600 sqft. My father sold it.but the tax bills still comes in my father's name who is no more and I being his son pays the bills on time. Now the 3rd party has given it to the builder for redevelopment. I would like to know since I m paying the tax, do I hv the right to claim

A.That property was sold by your father. That property is self acquired by your father or ancestral one? If sold by your father genuinely ? may be khata not transferred till. You check properly and further course of action take my mob No. from this web admin.

A.Sir do get a stay on the same. If you are paying the tax then you are the rightful owner of the property and such property cannot be given for redevelopment.

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately approach Civil Court and get a stay order on the basis of tax paid bills.
