Respected Sir,

I have some confusion with the services of CIC at two different levels.

Sir, for which purpose, one should file a RTI/ First Appeal Application with the CIC Public Authority through the RTI online Services Portal (https://rtionline.gov.in).

And the Second confusion is that: -

A Complaint and Second Appeal with the CIC.

When a people should go through the CIC Official Portal (https://cic.gov.in) for making a complaint and the Second Appeal.

Sir, You are humbly requested to kindly help us to understood the above confusion with my best.

Thanks and regards.
