How we can Expunge a criminal case? What is the procedure ?
False FIR has been lodged already, NBW issued, but now both parties want to settle, what is the best legal way?
Affidavit by complainant will help ?
False IPC 376 is there, 164(5A) and medical done before by complainant.

A.approach the concerned High Court for quashing the proceedings if the matter has been settled between the parties,

A.If the case is compoundable in nature it may be withdrawn by filing affidavit and compromise petition by both the parties.but section 376 of IP.C.is non compoundable,it has different procedure to withdraw by executing all the procedural method by way of evidences .if you want to know detailed procedure you have to contact me. for consultation call me at9831590935.

A.Either ask both the parties to be present before the court and withdraw such case
Or else approach the High Court and quash such FIR u/s 482 of CrPC
