Sir , In Pagadi system when we are buying a flat and tenancy transfer is done . Is it necessary to collect all the previous rent receipts of the seller . How to incorporate consideration amount in tenancy transfer registration document ? Is old tenancy records would be required when property goes for redevelopment etc .
Please advice .
