I need to put up a medicolegal case against someone. What if in case the court denies accepting my case? What can I do in that case?

A.If you have a valid ground to prima facie prove that you have a medical negligence case then the court will norlt reject. Also of the case is rejected you can appeal the same before a higher court

A.If u have sufficient evidence to prove it then approach to the local lawyer

A.A medicolegal case must have merit.
So the reason of rejecting the case or not admitting the case will be on the grounds of lack of merit.
However, if your case does have justified grounds and merits. No court shall deny the same.
