Maine rent par Makaan Liya aur 1 June se rahne ka bola aur 10000? security amount diya. jab 3 din bacha shift krne ka usse pahle hi landlord security amount 3 time demand kr diya . Jo Mai de nahi skta hu, kyoki wo jo bhi post dala tha 1 month security ka tha. kB Mai mna Kiya ki Jo likha tha aur baat hua tha security ka usse Jada nahi de skta to wo Makaan rent par dene se mna kr diya aur Jo Maine ?10000 security amount diya wo bhi return krne se mna kr diya.
To is situation me Mai FIR krna chahta hu, wo kaise aur kha kre?

A.Jaha aapko rent par rehne jo ghar milne waala tha uske nearest jo bhi police station hai ya us area ka local jurisdiction waale thaane mey jaaye aur FIR kare.
