Procedure for getting permission from magistrate for investigation U/s 504 & 506

Dear Sir,
Pl. let me know the procedure in Pune for getting permission from duty magistrate to enable Police to proceed with formal investigation against an accused charged under section 504 & 506 of IPC which are Non cognizable offences in the state of Maharashtra.

You have to file private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and get it refund to the police under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C for investigation by police.
