Drainage facility

Hi, Myself Adarsh and I am residing in Bangalore. I have constructed my house 2 years back. My house built in is 2nd last plot from dead end. The last plot is left vacant at dead end. In our street, all the house drainage water is stocking at the dead end plot. This is creating health issue to all the residents staying in my house as well as drainage water may damage the structure of my property. Since there is no outlet to pass the drainage water, water is clogging next to my house. Now we are requesting private land owner to leave the space to lay the drainage pipeline so that we can find the permanent solution. Now the private land owner is demanding 25lakh to pass the pipeline. Is there anyway where we can fight through legal process? We have complained to BBMP and no action taken place. BBMP corporator is saying there is no land to lay the drainage pipeline. Kindly advice

You may file a suit for injunction against all the persons who are giving trouble then they will restrain by themselves.

Dear sir,
We approached local BBMP office and met local corporator as well. BBMP officials is asking us to write the complaint in letter and not giving any acknowledgement. Also local corporator is saying who asked u to construct the house there. We approached MLA and nothing worked out. we are clueless as private land owner is demanding 25-30lakh for allowing drainage pipeline to pass through. We have around 30 houses in our street and no one ready to give that much huge amount.

ask through legal notice, they are authority to solve , Not MLA, It Local office of municipal corporation , send it , take help
