What if my phone calls are found in drug peddlers call details ? Is there any law to arrest me because I am suspected user ?

A.Suspected users maybe arrested without warrant at anytime. They can however pray for anticipatory bail.

A.Dear Sir,
Any suspected person can be arrested at anytime even without warrant. If FIR is issued approach High Court and get anticipatory bail and also get a stay on investigation in regard to you.

A.you may be arrested if any such drug dealer discloses your name in his/her disclosure statement and in such case, said phone call will prove against you.

A.Ideally you cannot be arrested but it depends on the facts and circumstances of the case.
