What to do if i have been misplaced partnership deed how can i made again as copy or new registration?
A.Dear Sir,
You may obtain duplicate copy if your state laws permits or get certified copies. Before that lodge a police complaint about misplacement of document and get an endorsement so that the certified copy can be used as valid secondary evidence.

A.you must have submitted a copy of the deed with someone like electricity department, telephone, income tax, GST etc, take a copy from their record
else,
registered a complaint in the police for lost the deed supporting by an affidavit, and got published in two newspapers and then execute a new partnership deed mentioning about the previous one,

A.If you have registered your partnership deed, then you can apply for certified copy of the deed before the Registrar.

A.If you have lost the original one then execute a new one as amendment or rectification of the original.If you had registered the old agreement then get a certified copy from the Registrar.
