DPC for promotion in Service.
I have been acquitted by vigilance court in connection with vig case and found not guilty..Later on ie after three months perhaps after after the prescribed period an appeal case CRLLP has been filed in high court.against that judgement praying to condo the delay. I have got a show cause notice from high court to appear and show cause why that application will not be approved for which I have submitted show cause through an advocate. Til now I have not got any notice from high court and the status of case shows as fresh admission.
Will this pending appeal be a bar for getting promotion in my service?
A.Dear Sir,
