proper demarkation of land and detail amin report

please advice to me . how i receive detail amin report quickly.sir, i apply to tahasildar for demark border of our private plot and village main road . first tahasildar reply that, due to lack of trained amin demark of govt land can not excute now but after two month tahasil amin demark boarder of our private plot and village main road .
i suspect accuracy of demarkation so , request to tahasil office that, providing detail and technical amin report. tahasil office take above than 3 month but detail amin report has not provide to me.
i want construct a building for commercial and residential purpose attach to border of village main road , for this reason accuracy of border of our private land is necessary.
onthis regard tahasil office has not response to rti application and dispose of rti complain by state information commission take more than 3 year.
You have to follow up the work and get it done.
