Can i enter my husband's house after a fight

My husband left me to my parents house after a big fight. He threatened me to destroy my passports and other important documents.
Is it a criminal offence if i break into my husband's house without his permission to collect my passport

A.why break into? any litigation pending between you and husband?
just reach their gracefully, it's your matrimonial home, you have absolute right to go and stay there if anyone stops you, call the police/
