I,to give my flat on rent,have entered into leave and licence agreement with 2 of the 4 persons who are friends of each other and all four to stay in my premises.This was done since other 2 persons were not available on the date of entering into agreement and they wanted possession urgently next day.The police verification document which was prepared on 31.05.19 mentions name of all four persons as tenants and to stay in my fla.Further I had to go outstation on 01.06.19. Leave and licence Agreement was sent for registeration online and mentions name of only 2 persons who have signed the agreement.Agreement got registered 3-4 days afterwards after holidays of 01 and 02.06.19.Police verification document was presented by our agent to police dept.on 06.06.19 Is this agreement ok or we need to sign fresh L& L agreement to include name of other two persons as mentioned in police verification document to make them as licencee?Will present leave and licence agreement create problem or is ok?

Can we execute fresh agreement on 100 Rs. Stamp paper giving reference of previously registered agreement?(without registering the new agreement)

Yes, execute a fresh agreement mentioning the previous one, and get it registered

The problem is one of the licencees from the previously registered agreement is not available for a month or more than that.

A.U can cancel first agreement with consent of all or made new fresh agreement

No need to reference privious agreement. U can directly made new agreement

But then new agreement will be again required to be registered,right. The problem is one licencee from previously registered agreement is not available for a month or so.

U will need to add clause like as a previous agreement was cancelled by then previous tenant. Or take noc from previous tenant
