Hi my name is teja I have made a transaction to one of my friend worth 8500 and he returned me 3000 ha didn't returning money 5500 since two months now what's the solution for my problem

A.Talk to him and try solving the issue as it is a small amount.
However if need be you can send him a legal notice [make sure the value of this legal notice shall be less than the amount due or else it will be useless]
