My father was retired in the year of 2011 from TNSTC as conductor. My mother is house wife and my Father supposed give monthly certain amount to.my mom but he not ready to give single paise and every day he drunk and faught with my mom. Kindly advise how do my mom will get pension amount 50% from my father . Am requesting you to provide the best way to make sure that my mom will get the Same Please do the needful at the same

A.Dear Sir,
Ask your mother to file DV case or maintenance case under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

A.ask your mother to file a Domestic Violence case (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc) and claim residence, protection, compensation, maintenance, etc,
