And we are not able to pay currently. But the agents and bank are regularly calling us , our relatives , my father and friends and threatning and visiting our place andfor payment. And giving mentaly harrasement. My brother is searching for the job currently. What should we do?
A.Dear Sir,
Your brother may file permanent injunction suit and get a stay. They have to file a suit for recovery of amount and it will take years together to dispose.
