Foul smell from firecrackers industry Foul smell from firecrackers industry

A firecrackers factory is located nearby my house. The exhaust from the factory is polluting air and the toxic foul smell of ethenol coming out of the industry is very unpleasant. The smell fills the rooms of my house and sometimes makes it difficult to stay inside. Factory is located at a distance of about 500 meters from my house. It was established about 2 years ago while I am living here since birth. There are 7 or 8 Houses nearby the factory , 3 are located at a distance of less than 50 meters. I want to know whether is it legally permitted to establish such "category 3" factories so close to residential areas? If not then can I take this matter to the court , and what can I do to get rid of this bad smell from the factory? Thank you
