how to proceed for an old case how to proceed for an old case

Hi there I just wanted to know how to proceed a case which is quite a many years old along with that I am in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh, case being in Dehradun although on a telephonic conversation a verbal report has been registered in the police station and even the convict has been asked to give his say on the account which he denied completely but I have all the proofs to proceed the case for that do I have to visit there or a lawyer can proceed the case as per my guidance….? please enlighten…

A.dear client in your matter You can file a case U/S 200Crpc before the JM court.

A.Sir,
You can file a case U/S 200Crpc before the JM court.You also requested in soolegal also.
