Voice Recording as a proof

Police has filed a chargesheet with Solely Voice Recording Sample as a evidence (The voice recording sample report says- Optimally Probably Similar).
What is the weightage of this evidence and is it admissable in court.
Can somebody be held as Criminal basis on this evidence only.

A.If voice recording is the only evidence. Then, i guess not.
However, it depends on the nature of the case and how far does voice evidence prove a fact which is the crux of the matter.
