I am a tax payee of property registered under my late husband's name. as the property belongs to sick industrial company declared by the High court. and now what I need is to sale the property.
What would be the further proceedings?

Sir, my husband was working in Central government mill which due to some internal corrupting authorities got closed and after 20-30 years on account of logged case by each and every employee they have got there dues n other benefits as that mill has got declared as a sick mill. But the accommodation given by that mill was also given to their employees on a condition not to sale.later it's came to know that those premises was not the property of mill.
Without knowing full facts I am unable to answer your question.
