we are tenants and trail court made an order of eviction against us....... we filed an application in HC for seeking stay order. now we have date in HC in the month of November whereas 6 months expire in the month of October. what should we do now....

You must get stay order from High Court immediately otherwise you will be thrown out.

You may inform the trial court or the decree holder of the same.
You must wait till the HC order.
