Our private road was given to panchayat two years ago. This road is shared by 5 familes and 2 small industries.but still there is no proper lighting or thar or tile layed on road. The ward member says that the bill has been passed for the facilities..but they dont get contractor for doing the same as the road is only 7 ft wide. They says the contract is very small for them to take.road maintanence are progressing at different places in panchayat..moreover road once thared are again maintained..but still our need is not taken into account. i would be grateful if u can give legal advice to do next.we feel bad after approaching ward member for several times.and yet no positive reply. Is there any solution to this that the panchayat might end up all its maintanence for the year very soon.
