want to close my case still running .

In my dance class they was a teacher.she complained against to me and my friends are abuse with him .like rape me .but it's totally wrong and we prove that in police station .but 2 days we are in jail.and after 2 days my sir and friends mom & dad came and gave some charges and try to close the case .and every week we have to go police station for sing . i thought the case was close but sunddenly my friend told me that the case still in court .because he want to sale her bike .so my friend going for checking paper all the doucment and in court the advocted tell her that ,after closing the case you can do.
nowaday,i am confuse what should i do .i don't want to once again my future is destroyed .kindly help me ,
