Disputed Land sold to me

Hello all, Please help me with a situation, a broker sold me a Disputed property . which is already registered in the registry office, now when i went to do mutation for i was not able to do because, it shows another party name. i approach him(Broker) to return my money he refused to do it . what action can be taken against it.
