Miss

My wife works with MP state gov job cerk, she is 5 month pregnant. Her office send the letter to her that she has been transfer to a new place which is 50 km from our place. How can we stop this transfer as it is inpossible to travel 100 km per day to and from . Traveling in bus during the Pregency period would be risky.

you can submit a representation stating the facts of the medical situation, and if not resolved approach the concerned High Court and get stay on transfer order,

Approach Higher Authorities and in case matter doesn't get resolved approach High Court through Writ Petition . If need b contact us through Vidhikarya. Thanks n regards
