Ownership change of my sold motor cycle Ownership change of my sold motor cycle

I have sold my motorcycle in 2015 to a doctor who was working in Paras Hospital, Patna. At the time of selling, he agreed for ownership change in RC. Later when I approached him with Form for Ownership change, he resorted to now and then attitude. Last month when I went to Paras Hospital , I found that he has left the job.
Suggest me what can I do now legally.
